LeadIQ Pro ("Service") is a software-as-a-service lead enrichment and sales intelligence platform operated by LeadIQ Pro ("we", "us", "our"). The Service ingests basic lead inputs (e.g., name, company, domain) and returns enriched data including company information, intent signals, contact discovery, and tailored scoring.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that adversely affect paying customers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@app.leadiqpro.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

One account per person or entity. Sharing accounts across multiple users in violation of seat limits is prohibited and may result in suspension.

We offer a 30-day free trial granting full feature access subject to a usage cap published on the pricing page. Trial accounts that do not upgrade revert to the Free plan when the trial ends.

Paid plans renew monthly or annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Pricing is in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Indian customers with a valid GSTIN on file may receive invoices with applicable IGST. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.

Credit pack and seat add-on purchases are one-time charges. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute enriched data in bulk without our prior written consent; (d) probe, scan, or test the Service's vulnerabilities, or breach security or authentication measures; (e) introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code; (f) use the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage of computing resources or that interferes with other customers.

Enriched data must be used in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, India's DPDP Act, and the CAN-SPAM Act. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach has a lawful basis and respects do-not-contact requests.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service (e.g., lead CSVs, ICP profiles). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use that data solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

Enriched output that we produce is licensed to you for your internal business use during your active subscription. Resale, public distribution, or training of competing AI models on bulk enriched output is prohibited.

We may produce aggregated, de-identified analytics from customer usage that do not identify any individual customer; we own such aggregated insights.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, models, designs, content, trademarks (including "LeadIQ Pro", "Atom", "Spark", "Apex", and the LiQ mark), and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of LeadIQ Pro and its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Razorpay (payments), Replicate / Anthropic / OpenAI (AI models), Apollo (contact data), ZeroBounce (email validation), and others listed in our subprocessor list. Your use of those features is also subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for outages, data accuracy, or pricing changes imposed by any third-party provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms, are creating a security or legal risk, or have failed to pay amounts due.

Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding charges; we may retain your data as required by law or to defend against legal claims.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of enriched data.

Enrichment outputs depend on third-party web sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for validating critical data before action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadIQ Pro and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any data-protection or anti-spam law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and India, as applicable to the parties, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the State of Delaware, USA, or in Bengaluru, India, whichever is closer to the customer's primary place of business, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties consent to personal jurisdiction in either forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
